General Information on the Changeover (mail sent on Feb 2nd 2024)

Dear BX users

the time has come! Access to the new BookRix platform is now available for you. The first step will be to offer the sales functions in your accounts on the new platform. We have already stored your titles there for you and it is now possible to control the sales settings–with many advanced functions that we did not have on the old platform.

What do you have to do to get access to your account?

As the new platform is a separate system from the current platform, for security reasons we ask you to reset your password once using this link:


Please be sure to enter the e-mail address to which your current BookRix account is registered. After resetting your password, you will then be able to log in to the new homepage at

Important: Accounts without any titles were not created in advance on the new platform. If you do not have any titles in your old BookRix account and still want to take a look at the new platform, please simply register via the new homepage at

As there will certainly be some questions during the transition, which may lead to slightly longer response times from our support team, we have created an FAQ section on the platform changeover.

Please note that the previous BookRix will continue to operate under Resetting your password will have no effect on your existing account on the old platform. On there, you will still be able to log in with your existing credentials.

All features that do not relate to the sale of titles - free titles on BookRix, community features etc. - will continue to be available to you at We also want to bring these functions to the new platform in the next few steps. We will keep updating the FAQ section for this.
